WHEELS WHICH ARE USED OR HAVE BEEN WORKED ON OR MOUNTED CAN NOT BE RETURNED, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO INSPECT YOUR ORDER BEFORE MOUNTING THE WHEELS ON YOUR PORSCHE WITHIN 24-HOURS AFTER THEY ARE SIGNED FOR BY YOU OR YOUR PARTY ACCEPTING THE ORDER, ALL DAMAGE CLAIMS MUST BE REPORTED PRIOR TO ANY OF THE WHEELS BEING MOUNTED PERIOD. WHEEL MOUNTING AND BALANCING IS A FREE SERVICE WE INCLUDE IF YOU PURCHASE BOTH WHEELS AND TIRES FROM US, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR WHEEL WEIGHTS SHOULD THEY COME LOOSE DURING SHIPPING AS THIS IS A FREE SERVICE AND WE ARE NOT INCLUDING IT AS A CHARGE BUT AS A FREE SERVICE.

We are not responsible for cost associated with installing TPS (Tire pressure Sensors). If your vehicle requires tire sensors you can purchase them from us and we'll install them for you or you can remove them from your wheels and deliver them to us so we can install them for you. You must let us know about sensors before your tires are mounted for this free installation service. It is your obligation to inform us if your vehicle comes with these sensors, if you are uncertain please call us first and we can assist you in making that determination.

We will warranty your purchase for a period of one year from the original purchaser, you must retain your original receipt. Your warranty will cover workmanship of the wheel finishing, we will need to approve your return/replacement as we will not warranty abused or items which are not cared for properly, we DO NOT offer road hazard insurance. We have the right to replace or repair your items if your iteml falls within a warranty for workmanship of finishing. We are not responsible for any shipping cost associated for warranty replacement items. You are responsible for return shipping and you will need to obtain an RMA prior to shipping your item back to us, failure to do so may cause us to "return your item to sender" without inspection. Warranty items must be return prior to being replaced. Wheel Dynaimcs and it's affiliates are not responsible for any mounting, balancing, installation or labor fees associate with the installation of wheels, tires, sensors, caps, lugs or spacers or any accessory we sell.

IF YOUR WHEELS OR ACCESSORIES ARRIVED DAMAGED DO NOT ATTEMPT TO INSTALL THEM, CONTACT US RIGHT AWAY, ONCE YOUR WHEELS OR ACCESSORIES ARE INSTALLED THEY ARE CONSIDERED USED AND WE CANNOT HONOR YOUR CLAIM ACCORDING TO FEDEX RULES. DO NOT INSTALL YOUR WHEELS OR ACCESSORIES IF THEY ARE DAMAGED, ONCE YOU HAVE INSTALLED YOUR ITEMS THEY CANNOT BE RETURNED.

Tires once mounted are considered used and cannot be returned for credit, this includes tires mounted here or elsewhere. Once tires are mounted here even if they have not been shipped cannot be returned for credit. Please be certain of your selection before placing your order. We will move as quickly as possible to put the order together some times it is only a matter of minutes from the time your place your order to the time we mount the tires.

If there is a damage claim to report we need to first follow the claims procedure before a replacement can be issued. Do not destroy the original boxes or package materials, the all claims will be denied if they are not available for inspection by our shipper. You do have the option to having us ship out a replacement first but will have a second invoice created before any replacements are shipped. Credit Card companies will only honor charges on authorized purchases in most instances and not for wheels either denied or unreturned so this is why we must follow these guide lines. We encourage you to contact us for damage claims both in writing (E-mail) and by calling so you have proof of your communication. All warranties are void on modified or damaged wheels.

WE CANNOT ACCEPT USED WHEELS FOR RETURN, IF YOUR WHEELS ARE AUTHORIZED FOR RETURN YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING CHARGES AND A REASONABLE RESTOCKING FEE OF 25% OF THE TOTAL COST OF THE RETURN. BY PURCHASING YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
